Quality Control

Copeland Valves are manufactured,
designed and tested to ASME Code Sections
I, II, III and IX. Copeland is the only domestic
manufacturer of severe service ball valves
that manufactures and applies its own
coatings in-house to insure that the
Copeland tradition of excellence is provided
for each item we manufacture.

Testing

Copeland ball valves are shipped with Zero
Leakage but are also further tested to
MSS-SP-61, API 598, ANSI/FCI 70-2-1991
Class VI, API 6D or our customer's special
requirements.
Fire safe to API 607, API 6FA, BS 6755.

Copeland was established in 1947 by Lee
Copeland who was a pioneer in the
development of the coating processes used
today for protection against wear and

Facilities

Copeland occupies over 1.25 acres near the
Houston Ship Channel. All parts and
components are made in the U.S. and a
complete coating and repair facility is located
on-site for quick deliveries and in-house
quality control.Copeland Industries maintains
a 30,000 sq. ft. facility located in Houston,
Texas. The company maintains separate
divisions for valve manufacturing and coating
services. Copeland's on-site engineering,
manufacturing, coating and finishing
departments are capable of providing
exceptional service for customers who
demand quick delivery and qualified
assistance.
